A father and son set of medals. The MM was awarded to 232733 LCpl F A Wilson 1/2 Lond R for a large-scale Trench Raid, full details and maps are available, The WW2 medals were awarded to the son who was unfortunately KIA.

Also available on the site is an original WW1 Trench Map covering the area of the Hindenburg Line where the raid occurred. Again as with all my MM I have visited the actual site.
